A VisiTel support representative may ask you to use TeamViewer QuickSupport so they can assist with a problem on your computer.

Download and open QuickSupport only when instructed by a VisiTel support representative.

For your security, do not grant remote access to anyone unless you initiated the support request and recognize the VisiTel representative.
