Calling and billing information
Our calling services are offered to residents of participating
correctional facilities for outbound calls. Calls may be billed to
eligible residential or business telephone lines.
Charges begin only after the called party accepts the call and
confirms the applicable charges. Calls that are not accepted are
terminated, and the customer is not billed.
The minimum billable call duration is one minute. Unless otherwise
specified, billable time is measured and rounded up to the next full
minute.
